By midseason if we see a much improved T-Ross and the fact he can play in the starting lineup as our future SG, I think Ujiri should pull this trade with the Blazers.
Toronto out: DeMar DeRozan, Amir Johnson, Landry Fields
Toronto in: Lamarcus Aldridge, Wes Matthews

Why Raps: We get a decent allstar caliber PF in Aldridge and a career backup SG in Wes Matthews who could potentially start as well. However, we might have to throw in a 1st round pick (Lottery Top 3 Protected). With a lineup of Lowry, Matthews or Ross, Gay, Aldridge, Valanciunas, we are making a push for the playoff and possibly second round exit for the team. The future looks bright.
Why Blazers: The Blazers might want a rebuild and with some nice young addition of DeRozan, Amir, and Fields. Beside, they have a few draft picks next year including Toronto's so they can draft a decent PF. I think it's a win win situation for both teams
