I was thinking with $9,000 and free airfare they could go vacation in Cuba on an all inclusive resort for a couple months and then head back to Norway to stay on a free all inclusive resort and await another $9,000 handout?

Maybe your first question should be: were they poor before or after the fires, bombing and hostile forced obliterated their homes?

I don't know about you but my phone is on me at all times so in the event Russian and American weaponry obliterated my home and I was lucky enough to not be in it, I'd be poor yet still have a phone and no doubt a bank account. Even if I didn't have a bank account and couldn't pay for the phone it would take some time for the company to cancel the service, no?

I doubt they're fleeing Russian and American bombings. More likely the lunatics raping the women and little girls, beheading little boys. You know, the same ones pursuing a Muslim caliphate.
