Will be interesting to see if the refs put Gasol or Siakam in early foul trouble to alter the outcome. Tin foul hat firmly on ....

He's nervous but on the surface he looks calm and ready,
to clank 3s but he keep on forgetting that gasols bodys heavy,
His tendencys wrote down, remembers when that whole T.O crowd got so loud,
He opens his eyes, but only the tears come out,
He's choking now, Jimmys in Miami joking now,
The clock runs out, process over now,

To be the champs you got to beat the champs

John Goble, CJ Washington and Ben Taylor on the whistle tonite.

There's no such thing as a 2nd round bust.

Damn, I guess that means a tight 8-man rotation then, as the only other options are Miller, Brissett and Ponds

I thought it would have been fun in honor of tonights game to go back to the game 6 thread at the moment the shot happened, and link it here, or post some of the best reactions

Strangely, all the Sixers round 2 game threads seem to have disappeared. They should be on page 12/13..It goes directly from the end of the Orlando series, into the Bucks series.

                      Ith a conspirathy!

Crap that sucks. Broke it in practice or something? That can take a while to heal especially if it's a thumb

                          It's Miller time.

Your reaction is hilarious because the whole point of these changes would be to make the regular season more appealing, because the networks and sponsors are paying a pretty penny for supposedly compelling regular season NBA content, and they're not happy right now.

The problem is that: (a) current superstars like Kawhi, (b) legends like Kobe, MJ, Magic, Shaq and (c) this new generation of "championship or bust" fans are all saying the same thing ..... that "ringz" are all that matters. The networks are probably feeling like the NBA has sold them a 'bait & switch' product and the NBA is now scrambling to appease their masters. Load management and Lebron & Kawhi being in the wrong time-zone is the tipping point.
People blaming ringz is totally the wrong conclusion.

Championships are the ultimate goal of every team and player.

The reason ratings are dropping--which is what is behind these proposed changes--is that the league does not have proper competitive balance.

We won a freaking championship and couldn't keep our superstar from bouncing to join up with another star. If Masai wasn't such a wonder we would probably have returned to basketball purgatory, which is where 20 teams find themselves at present.

Load management is only a small part of the problem here.
