Raptors weren't out coached this game. Just out played.
I don't know man. Charlotte was on 2nd night of a back-to-back (no time to prepare). Raptors had a 3-day break and 2 days of practices to get ready. Can't say coaching wasn't a factor tonight. That's not getting into in-game decisions.

I don't think coaching was the deciding factor in this game being a loss (too many guys played like garbage), but it could've been the deciding factor in making it a win, between preparation (which clearly was not good) and adjustments (which are not really Casey's strong suit).

Ross last season > Ross this season

He was fearless last season. He doesn't have that fire in his eyes anymore
He was hungry last year? He hadn't been given much opportunity, and then after the trade, he felt pumped to show what he could do. Now he's just complacent most of the time.

What could of been done differently about preparation?

A better approach to contain Kemba for one.

We could lose to the Bobcat without Jefferson. Team might not play defense. Guy could start chucking.

What approach did they use this game?

how different is preparation for Kemba than for any other point guard? Contain penetration, make him pick up his dribble, defend pick and roll, contest the shots.

                    • can you imagine this team in the playoffs right now? we'd probably get knocked out in 4 games against brooklyn.

hope people are done with the 'who cares how they're playing! we're 1st in the east!' crap.

                      • Masai wanted to gut this team last season and still have finacial flexibility, with a winning and team mentality, plus to make the fans think HIGHLY of our team in every game we play. Also knowing we are not built for a championship now.

Mission accomplished because we knew we should of fucking beat this pesky sonofabitch team tonight and pissed it away. Masai is still monitoring this team and he will cut down the parts that are not performing well, even if those players save a house full of puppies from a fire. Shit will get done, not at the expected time frame because our GM is a fricking ninja.

Expose Biyombo and Williams in the post. Realize only Henderson and Walker are any offensive threat.

or they might still do same shit because these fucking players are flawed. Better offensive players have no defense and best defensive players have zero O.

Trades are expensive, fire Casey then reevaluate players.

yeah I don't know if Masai is a good at evaluating talent anymore. Way too many red flags.
