Huh? Biyombo is signing with the Room MLE, so he has no impact on their cap until they are done with the space and sign him.

They have 2.6M to use if they let de Colo walk.

I think if they had Durant / Westbrook on long contracts now, maybe they would just let him walk. Or maybe they'd move Ibaka for picks / cap space. But now they probably won't dare to be cheap again because it could piss off Durant and he could leave next summer.
