And speaking of talent: look at the Knicks starting lineup. These are guys who have played more minutes off the bench, than as starters. There are really no legit starters there. Denver has extended its offence generally in games 3 and 4 to buy more time and space. Spreading out the ball handling has helped Murray as well.

Ultimately, it seems like Nuggets suffered a bit of a post-Laker hangover, got surprised by the Wolves' defense, were scuffling with a banged up Murray and.... now they focused, made some tweaks, and Murray looks himself again.

Towns was also awful the last 2 games. Invisible in game 3 he clearly tried to force the issue in game 4 and fell flat on his face. Minny won't win if he doesn't find the right balance.

You are basically giving Thibs the ultimate compliment. Look at their career stats: waaaay more games off the bench than starting. If that isn't the best example of "coaching up", I don't know what is. Certainly the opposite of what what Nurse has demonstrated.... i.e., turning into Jay Triano when Embiid sits, or has a boo-boo and still puts up HoF numbers.

Brunson & Knicks shouldn't even be here. He should've been easily shut down in round 1... they have no second option to guard. Thibs duct tape, chewing gum & rubber bands has got to break sometime. Maybe it did yesterday.
