I know it's become a redundant yelling at clouds thing but it's a pretty big game tonight and if you look at the Sportsnet website, you wouldn't know the sport of basketball existed. And they own the team!
Just click on the NBA tab, there's tons there. Think of it as the newspaper where we don't make the front page but if you go to the sports section, we're all over it

Not the front page of the sports section. Page 9, just between comics and classifieds

I get what you're saying but no, in the contect of Sportsnet.ca being the paper, click on the NBA and there's tons and tons of Raptor stories. You're not making the front page in hockey puck world, especially a night after the Leafs win and trade deadline day.

Let's be realistic; there wasn't any baseball either and ST is under way. But go to the MLB tab and there 146 stories about Vlad and one about Tulo laughing at the Jays lol

On Sports Centre morning TV, you have to watch all the highlights of Dallas vs the Sharks and St Louis vs Florida Panthers before they get to the Raptors

Interesting tidbit from nba.com. Gotta put big bodies on Kyrie looks like...

Of Irving's 11 turnovers in the season series, 10 have come when guarded by someone 6'4" or bigger while he's turned it over just once in 85 times down the floor matched up against either Lowry or VanVleet.

Kyrie was guarded a lot by Danny last game if I recall, had 18 assists but 7 turnovers as well. I assume it will be the same. Danny on Kyrie and Kyle on Smart.

But Lowry and FVV are such tenacious, pitbull defenders.....

They are better team defenders than they are individually. Their height has limitations, tough to get a contest on players like Kyrie.

The height excuse is BS, though. It's not like Kyrie is shooting over them. He's blowing by them laterally, or they're not getting over screens. Lateral quicks should favor the smaller man, but in this case, no.

What are you expecting here? Our aging guard who was pretty slow in his prime should be a shut down guy on one of the 5 most dynamic offensive players on the planet?
