I was about to say, pair McHale with a jumpshooting center to make full use of him, but I see you've already got a center who can shoot.

I was almost sure that Apollo would pick one of two centers at the top of my list, and he did!

Great pick, Ewing had a great prime. I think he gets underrated a little simply because his most memorable playoff runs happened in mid and late 90s, and by that time his knees were shot.

I would've been more than happy with Ewing, but I think the other center is an even better fit for me because of his passing ability. A dominant defensive presence of the 1970s, the lost rival of Kareem, the guy who swept Kareem's Lakers on the way to the NBA championship, Bill Walton.

Before Dan picked my short list was 1. Ewing, 2. Rodman and 3. Walton.

You got a good one and now I have some work to do to figure out my next pick that will be coming fast (I hope).

I was ready to call shenanigans if you picked Walton right before my pick, though again, I like Ewing a lot and would've been happy with him, just prefered Walton fit wise.

I'm glad I waited and took what came to me rather than force a big man into my starting five. Was really hoping to get Rodman or Walton on the swing back to me though...
