yeah, i had had the brain fart thinking amnestying mozgov opened immediate cap space and bought mkg. then we discussed, i had fucked up but no one else bid. the committee was nice to let me even take back some of my cash but i refused and excepted it as fair for being stupid.

i think happy has it right here as rose and mkg are way different and some teams might compete for rose making a mistake worse for commissioners to sort out.

I think the waivers don't get processed until around 5:30 am EST.

I usually get up at 5am EST and am at the bus by 6am EST. Don't think waivers are ever processed when I get up but usually done by the time I get to the bus.
