But the Raptors aren't going to be using the full MLE on anyone (unless maybe if Kawhi bolts). They will be too far over the tax, and will likely be limited to the smaller tax payers' MLE.

Those 1st round picks might be costly (because if I remember NBA rules right, they'd be #4 this year, 2021, and 2023). If LeBron retires at the end of his current contract, and Davis doesn't re-sign with the Lakers after next year, those picks could well be lottery picks.
Also, AD has the nickname "Mr. Glass" for a reason
