I think Beal gives it one more year and then decides.

Potentially lost in all of the other excitement: The recently-traded Derrick Favors could probably be had from OKC eventually for a pick and sufficient salary to make the numbers work, given that OKC agreed to take him on in return for upgrading one of their second-rounders to a first-rounder. His salary's MLE-ish, too - either Hood, or Baynes plus one of our trade exceptions, would do it, I think. His three-point shooting is not anywhere close to stretch big level in either percentage or volume, but he's a capable rebounder who can block some shots as well, and is a decent shooter on the shots he does take. He's probably not the best option out there... but he could be had without eating up our exception money if we end up re-signing Kyle, and that's worth keeping an eye on.

If we are giving up on Pascal then what are we looking for? Win now pieces? Some more youth (prospects / picks)?
For me personally I think Pascal is our best asset. We can either package him to get a star. Or use him to get a lot of good prospects/players.

Fair enough, that plus a FRP wouldn't be a waste tho, we don't even have a center. And I'm only reacting to the rumour anyways, no need to fret.

Damn, it really seems like teams want us to walk away empty-handed with Lowry. Crazy how Rubio got moved to the Cavs too.
It's like every team we have inquired about a S&T would rather clear cap space instead.
Might just be over speculation/conjecture.

But Philly would have to be a S&T and Morey/Masai seem like they don't really negotiate well and he might just give up on that option.
