Lyles outscoring the Raps bench by himself lol. That's pathetic.

It’s official Fred Van Vleet is the no.1 option so they will live and die with the volume of his shots

      Future of Raptors Basketball

will this be sustainable? beating playoff teams 4 of 7, time will tell

Turner or Ayton or whoever magical Center they acquire would still be down that pecking order.

      Van Vleet is their guy

The real story not just Lyles and our bench, but.... why does our defense still suck? We've been bringing in defense first guys to fit Nurse's system. We should at least be holding teams to below their average, even if we can't score.

It's not about Nurse's system it's about playing hard.

Will he reach the level of Iverson, Isaiah Thomas, Steph Curry and all the other great point guards, we don’t know

But their is no question, he will be the no.1 option and the rest of his teammates will follow

and that will determine if this team is a treadmill team or a perennial contender

Nick Nurse and VanVleet are tied to the hip

Maybe our main guys can't play hard on defense and also have enough energy to score. It's not easy being a top level 2-way player.

                    • Lol not good taxing your main guys with big minutes on the front end of a back to back only to lose to the pistons by double digits. Was going to bet on pistons to win but my Fandom would t let me do it. Big mistake

                      • OG has zero offensive awareness. It's tough to watch.

Have just been following the box score... this is the problem .... when Fred jacks up shots at the rate he does.

Again I have no problems with his abilities just the decision-making at times.
