Not really true. Comparing both of them last year (Middleton's career season), they're almost identical in REB%, AST%, STL%, etc so the all-around game or whatever is pretty even between the two of them. However Green was more efficient (60 TS% vs. 56 TS%), a much better shot blocker (1.4 blk/36 vs. 0.2), and posted a much better netRTG (+14 vs. +7).

Didn't get minutes back in there, he was playing 6.5 minutes per game. That's not enough playing time to discern any kind of tangible information about a player from.

Lucas Nogueira is shooting 82.4% from the field, scoring 21.8 points per 100 possessions with a 160 oRTG on just a 12.2% usage rating.

The season prior Copeland had a 110 Ortg, 42% from 3, and scored 30.1 per 100 on a 25% usage rating in over 800 minutes. Better?

I didn't say Middleton is being used correctly. He's a system guy, Bucks have a crap system on both ends of the floor this year so it's hurting his game. All I have an issue with is that this benefit-of-the-doubt is afforded to tons of guys around the league by our fans, but DeRozan doesn't get it. He's been under Casey basically his whole career, and we basically universally agree Casey is a bad-to-mediocre coach but DD's still being used perfectly? I don't buy it.
