        Justin having a full year with the raptors and still being the youngest guy on that roster is pretty crazy

        Have a feeling he’ll be our best player in summer league

            DJ Wilson I think.

            The guy should already be on NBA rotation somewhere.

                    Interesting to see Kurucs on the roster. There was a time when people thought he would stick in the NBA.

                      There are a couple of different summer leagues - one in California, one in Utah, and on in Vegas.

                        There's 3 "Summer Leagues." The California Classic (Cali teams and Miami this year), Utah Summer League (This year also just has 4 teams), and Vegas (Which all 30 teams participate in.) Vegas is always the last to take place.

                        Unless you have a lot of rookies, need to look at a lot of UFA players there's no real point going to the first 2. Teams that don't send teams still scout those games. Those teams are not necessarily the same rosters that end up in Vegas. It's just a chance for more UFA's, international players and domestic players (that play overseas) to get seen.

                        Cali is from July 2-5, Utah July 5-7, Vegas is 7-17

                          It was always situational with him. He was on a rookie scale contract but got traded and Houston didn't want to pick up his option.

                          He should have been picked up by the Raptors at season end but suffered a season ending knee injury while playing for them.

                          I think the Raptors see that he can fit in their system for cheap.

                                When you're a famous athlete, naming your kid Scotty Pippen Jr, Or Bronny James or Vlad Guerrero Jr even Gary Trent Jr is an unneeded burden on the kid Martin Kenyon Jr is OK because no one remembers his Dad.

                                At least Dell Curry had the sense to name his kids Steph and Seth lol

                                All better than George Foreman and George Jr and George Jr II and George Jr III and George Jr ....
