After next year's draft, yes.

I see no reason for them to be removed from the tracking sheet. At least not until the pick has been made.

mention it because the 2016 draft picks owed can be settled now and the machine takes care of it right? like i completed the trade with axel for the 2016 first rounder. now i have a credit for a 2017 first, the sheet might get full as well as we can trade 2018 picks now right?

Everyone has 3 picks to trade, inclusive of the current draft. So this year, people can trade 2016 picks, 2017 picks and 2018 picks.

The board is just nice so that everyone else can see who's pick is owed by whom. Can't really do that on Yahoo without starting a trade with every team. Just for ease of facilitating trades and tracking movements.
