Does anyone think they were also gassed because of the insane pace they played at in the first half. Perhaps they need to slow down a bit.

Hmmm thats a thought. You could even start Ibaka over Siakam.
What has Green done this playoff? Norm hit 2 3's and can create. Green cannot dribble drive or create.

the goal was a split. this is a good game to build off. we had our chance to win it and hurts to lose but bucks didn't look like world beaters. we beat ourselves the bucks didn't beat us.
Bucks couldn't hit a 3 until 4Q. We shot great (Raptor standards) and had 7 point lead going into 4th and other than Kyle we go 0 - 15 in 4th. Missed shots means guys are tired. Green and Gasol are MIA again. Bucks won that game coming from behind. We are done.

Bud played an 8 man rotation with zeroes from Hill and Connaughton.

    Nurse played 7 guys

yet Ibaka only played 17 minutes

we were outrebounded 60 to 46

Fred midget played 13 minutes with him having to struggle guarding Brogdon and most of the time got lost in a switch ending up guarding a bigger guy

Nurse should play Marc/ Ibaka and Siakam

    vs.

    Brook/ Ilyasova/ Giannis and Middleton

Ibaka should see more minutes, that was very successful in game 5 and 7

Nurse is just fucking spellbound of FRED VAN VLEET
I agree more mins from Ibaka (Ibaka can play 30 mins easy. And allow Siakam and Gasol a tiny bit more rest if you increase Ibaka's mins)

At this point if it's length then give FVV mins to Lin or McCaw... they cant possibly be any worse at this point.

I dont mind FVV playing with Lowry for a few mins, but we dont need FVV out there being the guy and only if Kawhi is out there (maybe Green resting)

And i think others pointed this out even allow Kawhi to be the PG for a few mins if Lowry is on the bench. Or McCaw who is a capable PG to play a few mins when Kawhi is on the floor.

Lowry and Kawhi should not both be on the bench at the same time... it just's chaos for us.

Bottom line they have to someway, somehow get the starter mins down to 34-37 mins. 40 mins on a regular basis is too much. 3 of our starters went 40+. Gasol was almost there at 39:55 (and for his age thats too much, he shouldnt be playing more than 35 mins now). Green was the only one with reasonable mins at 35.

    Nurse is gonna kill them.

they have a deeper bench thats all.

allows their starters more rest... when your fresher in the 4th you can play harder and we saw this in this game when the bucks outsourced and outplayed the raps.

problem is we dont want fvv to play. we dont want powell to play. we dont want lin to play.

so i mean... we're screwed then right?

he's our best 3 point shooter and he's scared as you said.

Problem is he cant create his own shot so unless someone passes to him in a perfect spot he cant score.

    It's a huge liability.
    Start Norm vs Green!

When you have been playing the whole year with same offense, line-up and rotations and are top team in the league you have confidence, know what works. Us we have been experimenting all year and Nurse hasn't stopped with experimenting. We lost on the boards. Gasol, Serge couldn't stop splash mountain and his 29 points and Mirotic got hot (Siakam's man). Start Norm for Green.
why teams can play in playoffs like they play in regular season but not Raps lmao fuck

That’s true. They kind of just bait you into doing stuff you’re not good at and execute stuff they’re good at with ruthless precision. No fanfare, no animosity.

    yeah he's tired...
This is when a good coach comes in but we dont.

Kawhi’s superman powers and the rest of the team resilience overcame adversity in the first two rounds.

Kyle tried this game but he realized he is not Type A. I thought Kawhi was just a tired superhero.

little things such as after time out plays, rotations and match up decisions are vital to the teams success against a way more talented that is well coached.

one minute brain freeze will change the tide of the game.

i just thought media noise and most likely some pressure from that guy standing around close to tunnel allowed him to teether Gasol on Embiid (shit, he traded three players just to get an aging vet just to sit on the bench when Joel was causing havoc)

I fully understand this is the first rodeo of this coach but fuck when he goes back to his old ways after some success.

    just being an idiot

The Bucks are really, really happy to get that win. This was a game we had to win. Sorry it will be 0 - 2 coming home to Toronto.

fuck it...don't overreact now and start running at Lopez. If Lopez drops 20 pts per game for the series: Shake their hands they are better team. Don't let Middleton and Giannis beat you.
